We are a team of people spread across the South East. We were founded in Hastings and have two offices in Bexhill-On-Sea and London.
We have a highly experienced team who are led by Robert Morgan, Founder of Factory.
Our team are focused on continuously learning and having fun whilst doing so.
We have a mix of people in Factory, we’ve experienced professionals, along with newer apprentices that we’ve brought in from scratch.
We’ve a mixture of technical and none technical people who all contribute in unique and different ways to deliver services for our customers.
Our team have learning journeys open to them and increasing knowledge through participation, research or education is actively encouraged.
If something doesn’t work, we look at new ways to improve, change and challenge our ways of working.
Our team are UK based. We pride ourselves in everyone meeting up in person to discuss and work through problems.
We like to take complex ideas, complex concepts and distill those into simple to consume services and solutions that make an outsized impact.
Our team are a resilient bunch, and that’s needed.
Sometimes, we’re involved in complex situations – be it responding to Ransomware Attacks, Complex Cyber Attacks, or just plain old human error which has broken a system.
We try our best to be ready for some of the unique challenges that are thrown our way.

We’ve been asked to help secure robots on the Moon! (Not joking, this was a genuine request).
Our SOC has detected several ransomware attacks. Our team have been called into IR engagements during Ransomware attacks and have successfully defended organizations (though we much prefer doing it prior to them getting in!!)
Our team love to learn, we’re challenged with new and unique work all the time and it helps us keep sharp!

In addition to that, we help customers with procurement of hardware and software through agreements and access to thousands of software and hardware companies.
